What are custom joggers?
Custom joggers are branded sweatpants on brushed fleece with an elastic waistband, tapered leg, and cuffed ankle, decorated with a screen-printed or embroidered logo, usually on the thigh. Teams, schools, and companies order them in bulk, often as a set with a matching hoodie.
About custom joggers and sweatpants
Joggers are the piece of a merch program that people wear when nobody is watching, which is exactly why they get worn more than anything else you order. A hoodie goes on to go out; joggers go on to stay in. That makes them unusually good value per wear, and it makes them the natural second item once a group already has hoodies.
We build custom joggers and sweatpants on the same brushed fleece as our hoodies, with an elastic waistband and drawcord, a tapered leg, and a ribbed ankle cuff. Decoration is deliberately small: a thigh logo or a leg wordmark, screen printed for volume or embroidered for a more premium finish.
Teams order them as travel and warm-up wear, schools order them alongside spirit hoodies, and companies order them for remote teams and onboarding kits where comfort beats formality. Everything runs from delivered pricing by quantity with a free mockup first.
Delivered per-unit pricing for custom joggers runs about $18–$30 at 50, $16–$26 at 100, and $14–$23 at 250 or more, with standard US shipping to one address included at every tier.
Best for
- Matching hoodie and jogger sets for teams and student groups
- Travel and warm-up wear for athletic programs
- Remote-team gifting and onboarding kits for company swag
- School spirit wear beyond the usual tee and hoodie
Where to put the logo on joggers
There is really only one good answer, and it is small and on the thigh. A logo on the upper outer thigh sits where it is visible standing and reading right way up, does not distort when someone sits, and does not land anywhere that causes a print to crack from repeated flexing. The other common placement, a vertical wordmark down the outer leg, works for athletic programs and looks wrong almost everywhere else.
What does not work is a large graphic across the seat or a design that crosses the side seam. The first is a decision people regret on behalf of everyone wearing it, and the second cracks, because ink laid across a seam has nothing stable to sit on.
Keep the mark modest for the same reason as on a jacket: restraint is what gets a garment worn outside the context it was ordered for. A small embroidered logo on a plain jogger reads as good sweatpants; a large printed one reads as uniform.
Decoration options for fleece bottoms
Screen printing is the default for volume. Fleece takes ink well, the setup is a one-time cost spread across the run, and a one- or two-colour thigh logo is both the cheapest and the most durable combination. It is what most team and school orders run on.
Embroidery is the premium option and it suits joggers better than it suits most garments, because the mark is small by design and a small stitched logo on fleece looks genuinely good. It is priced by stitch count with a one-time digitizing charge, so a compact logo is inexpensive per piece even at moderate quantities.
DTF transfers cover full-colour artwork without a per-colour setup, which makes them the right economics for a detailed logo at lower quantities. On fleece they need a careful heat setting to avoid flattening the pile around the design, which is the kind of thing we check at mockup rather than discovering in production.
What custom joggers cost in bulk
Joggers sit close to crewneck sweatshirts in cost, which surprises people who expect bottoms to be cheaper than tops. The fabric quantity is similar, the construction has more operations, an elastic waistband, a drawcord channel, two cuffs, and the fleece is the same weight. What keeps the price reasonable is the decoration: a small thigh logo is much cheaper to print or stitch than a full-front graphic.
The per-piece price falls with quantity in the usual way, because the one-time setup spreads across more pieces. If you are ordering joggers and hoodies together as a set, both items benefit from being on one order rather than two, and the set is the way most groups buy them.
Hoodie and jogger sets
Most jogger orders are really set orders. A matching hoodie and jogger in the same fleece and the same colour is the thing teams and student groups actually want, and ordering them together keeps the fabric and the dye lot consistent, which matters more than people expect: two garments ordered months apart in the same nominal colour rarely match under a phone camera.
We quote sets from both product entries and ship them together. Our hoodie and jogger sets page covers how that works, including how sizes are collected for two garments at once without doubling the admin.
If you are only ordering one, order the hoodie first. It is the piece that gets worn in public and it is the piece that carries the program's identity; joggers are the item that deepens a program rather than starting one.
Related apparel
Joggers pair naturally with hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts, which is where almost every order starts. The same brushed fleece runs across all three, so a set looks and feels like a set.
For athletic programs, joggers usually sit alongside team jerseys and performance shirts as the warm-up layer over competition kit.

Custom joggers and sweatpants, frequently asked questions
Apparel is priced per piece and produced as a single made-to-order run, and the per-piece price steps down as the run grows: the published bands are read at 50, 100, and 250 or more. The reason is that the print or embroidery setup is a one-time cost divided across the whole order. Mix sizes freely within a run at no extra cost. Tell us your quantity in a quote request and we'll price that run.
Yes, and it is how most jogger orders run. Ordering both together keeps the fleece and the dye lot consistent, which is hard to guarantee across two separate orders placed months apart. See our hoodie and jogger sets page for how sets are quoted and shipped together.
On the upper outer thigh, small. That placement is visible standing, reads right way up, and avoids the seams and flex points where a print cracks. A vertical wordmark down the outer leg works for athletic programs. Avoid anything across the seat or crossing a side seam.
There is no quantity you have to reach. You can mix every size from XS to 2XL within that one run at the same per-piece price. Tell us the quantity you need in your quote request and we will price that run.
Yes, and embroidery suits joggers well because the mark is small by design. A compact stitched logo on the thigh looks genuinely premium and survives washing indefinitely. It is priced by stitch count with a one-time digitizing charge that spreads across the run.
They run close to true to size with a tapered leg and a ribbed ankle cuff, so the fit is closer at the ankle than a traditional straight sweatpant. Anyone between sizes should size up. For a group order, share the size guide before you collect sizes so everyone measures against the same chart.
You get an instant mockup, and a full quote by the next business morning. Production typically runs about two weeks from approved mockup to delivery, depending on quantity. Working to an event date? Tell us up front and we'll build a timeline that hits it.
A vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) gives the cleanest result, but a high-resolution PNG works too. Lay it out yourself in the Design Studio, or just send the file and we'll set up a free mockup for you. You approve exactly how it looks before production.
