One approved apparel program for every location you open

A single, approved apparel program every franchisee orders from — so the brand looks identical in location one and location fifty, and opening a new store is one order, not a design project.

Minimum order: 50 units. Volume pricing improves at 100 and 250.Get a quote

What is a franchise apparel program?

It's one approved set of branded apparel — the shirts, polos, hats, and outerwear your franchisees are cleared to order — with the artwork, colors, and blanks locked to a master spec we keep on file. Instead of every location reinventing its own merch, each new store orders from the same approved kit, so the brand stays identical everywhere. Orders run at a 50-unit minimum per item, delivered, with a free mockup first.

The hardest part of scaling a franchise brand isn't the first location — it's keeping the fiftieth looking like the first. When every franchisee sources their own apparel, logos drift, colors wander, and the brand you spent years building shows up a little different in every market. A franchise apparel program fixes that by making one approved kit the only thing anyone orders.

We build the program with the franchisor, lock the artwork and specs to a master file, and give every location a simple way to reorder exactly that. New store opening? It's one order from an approved kit, not a design project — and the brand looks the same whether it's store one or store fifty.

What's in the program

We build the kit around how your locations actually operate: crew tees and caps for the floor, embroidered polos for managers and franchise owners, outerwear for cooler markets, and any customer-facing pieces your brand standards call for. Each piece is set to a specific approved blank, decoration, and placement, so there's no guesswork per order.

Brand control by master spec

The whole point is consistency, so we keep a master spec on file — exact logo files, thread and ink colors, blanks, and placements — and every order runs against it. Franchisees can't accidentally order an off-brand shirt because the approved kit is what they order from. When brand standards change, we update the master spec once and every location's next order reflects it.

One order per new location

Opening day apparel shouldn't be a scramble. A new franchisee tells us the location and quantities, and we produce the approved kit — delivered to the new store, or split to individual managers — with a free mockup to confirm before anything is made. The same program covers ongoing reorders as locations restock and rehire.

Bringing a franchise apparel program to us?

If you already run a program somewhere else, send your current kit and brand standards — the pieces, blanks, decoration, and artwork — and the quotes team will map it to a delivered quote your franchisees can order from. You keep your brand standards; we just make ordering against them simple.

You'll need to own or have the rights to the brand artwork. There's no commitment to see what a program with us looks like.

What to send for a same-day quote

The more of this you include, the faster we can turn a real number around. Quote by the next business morning — usually same day. Prices quoted are guaranteed for 30 days.

  • Your brand standards or style guide, and print-ready logo files.
  • The apparel pieces you want in the approved kit.
  • How many locations, and roughly how many people per location.
  • Whether locations order centrally or each store orders its own.
  • Any paperwork you need — we accept purchase orders.

Timing & turnaround

Standing up a program takes a first pass to approve the kit and master spec; after that, each location's order is quick because the setup is already locked. Tell us your rollout schedule and we'll build the program to fit it.

Most individual location orders take roughly two to four weeks from an approved mockup, plus shipping.

One approved apparel program for every location you open — frequently asked questions

It's one approved set of branded apparel your franchisees order from, with artwork, colors, and blanks locked to a master spec we keep on file. It keeps every location on-brand and makes opening a new store one order instead of a design project. Orders run at a 50-unit minimum per item, delivered.

Because franchisees order from an approved kit, not a blank catalog. Every order runs against a master spec — exact logo files, colors, blanks, and placements — so an off-brand shirt can't slip through. Update the master spec once and every location's next order follows it.

Yes. The program works both ways — a central team can place orders for locations, or each franchisee can order their own approved kit directly. Either way it's the same approved pieces, and we can deliver to one address or split to individual stores.
