The minimum for custom t-shirts is 50 pieces. You can mix sizes in that run at one price for every size. The price per piece drops at 100 and again at 250, so a larger run costs less each. Your free quote confirms the exact price for your quantity, color and decoration before anything is made.

Screen print, embroidery or DTF: which is right for a t-shirt?
Screen print is the standard for a bold one or two color logo and costs the least per shirt at volume. DTF prints full color or photographic art with no setup per color. Embroidery suits a small left chest mark. Send your artwork and we recommend the method that flatters it, then show it in a free mockup.
Can I mix shirt sizes in one order?
Yes: mix any sizes across XS–2XL within a single run at no extra cost. Just give us your size breakdown (or a rough split) in your quote request and we'll plan the order around it. It is one price for every size.
