Unisex t-shirt size chart
To-fit chest, garment chest, body length, and sleeve for unisex tees from XS to 2XL, the one chart a group order runs on.
Unisex sizing is the default for group orders because it is one scale rather than two. The garment is cut on a straighter body block that suits most people well enough to outfit a whole team from a single chart, which is why every quantity break and every mixed size run on this site assumes it. You can order men's and women's fits instead, but you lose the simplicity of one number per person.
Read the chart from the to-fit chest column, which is the body measurement the size is cut for: measure around the fullest part of the chest and find the row your number falls in. The garment chest column is the lay-flat half-chest of the finished shirt, which is what you use to compare against a tee someone already owns and likes. Body length matters for taller wearers, and sleeve length is measured from the shoulder seam.
For a bulk order, collect real sizes before you order rather than estimating from a headcount, and remember you can mix every size from XS to 2XL in one run at one price.

Unisex t-shirt size chart, frequently asked questions
A unisex size chart maps one set of sizes, usually XS to 2XL, onto a straight-cut garment intended to fit across genders. It is the standard for team and group orders because everyone reads from the same chart and the whole order runs as one job. The key column is to-fit chest: the body measurement the size is cut for.
Measure around the fullest part of the chest with the tape level and snug but not tight, then find the row containing that number in the to-fit chest column. If you would rather compare against a shirt you already own, lay it flat, measure straight across from armpit to armpit, and match that against the garment chest column instead.
Many do, though it depends on the fit you want. A unisex tee is cut straighter through the waist, so sizing down one gives a closer fit while staying on the same chart. For a group order it is usually simplest to keep everyone on their normal size and let anyone who prefers a closer fit choose one down.
Size up. A slightly roomy shirt gets worn and a tight one does not, and on a bulk order you cannot swap individual pieces after the fact. If a lot of your group sits between sizes, tell us in your quote request and we will suggest a size run that accounts for it.
