Event tees run $7 to $10 each at 100 and $5 to $8 each at 250 or more. Canvas totes run $4 to $7 each at 100, and water bottles $10 to $15 each at 100. That is a typical delivered price per piece with shipping included, and it drops as the headcount grows. Your free quote is exact for your products, quantity, and decoration.
Can you hit a hard event deadline?
Yes: tell us the event date up front and we build a production and shipping timeline that lands on time. About 3 weeks from mockup approval to in hand: about 2 weeks of production, then about 1 week of shipping. The earlier you start, the more options you have. Rush orders are possible on some runs, and your quote confirms whether we can hit the date.
Can you ship merch straight to the venue?
Yes. Each order ships to one US address, so pick the one that fits: the venue, your office, or whoever is receiving. Confirm where cartons should land, who is signing for them, and the venue's receiving rules, and we time delivery to your setup schedule. Each item arrives in bulk cartons for you to hand out.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Not within one order. One US address per order; place a separate order for each address. Every order ships, duties paid, to one US address: your office, the school, the event venue, or whoever is coordinating. Each item arrives in bulk cartons, and you hand things out or send them on from there.
Can sponsor logos go on the back?
Yes. A sponsor block on the back of the event tee is a common layout: your event design on the front, a thank-you line and the sponsor logos behind. Send each logo as you receive it, confirm any protected marks with the sponsor first, and you see the full back on the free mockup before anything is printed.
What does Your Merch Factory not do?
Four things, so you can plan around them. We do not ship to individual addresses: each order goes to one US address. We do not warehouse or hold inventory.
