A reunion shirt is the one piece of custom merch that gets kept for decades. It ends up in the photo on the fridge, in the next reunion's slideshow and eventually in a grandchild's drawer, so it is worth a little more thought than a giveaway tee.

What to sort out before you order.

Collect sizes with the RSVP
Add a size question to the RSVP and you have the order the day RSVPs close. Reunions run wide, from youth sizes to 3XL and up. Adult sizes are one price per piece, and youth sizes are priced on your quote.

Use shirt color for branches, not ink
Changing the shirt color per branch keeps one print setup, so a five-branch family pays about the same as one color.

Scan the old photo at high resolution
If you want a photo print, scan the original print at 600 dpi rather than photographing it with a phone. The mockup will show you how it reads before anything is printed.
When to order
Family reunions cluster around Memorial Day, the Fourth of July and Labor Day, so RSVP deadlines in April and May are when shirts get ordered.
For a reunion in early July (Saturday, July 10, 2027), request your quote by Monday, June 14, 2027 and approve the mockup by Monday, June 21, 2027.

Before you order.
How many weeks before the reunion should we order shirts?
At least four weeks before the reunion date: a quote by the next business morning, a few days to approve the mockup, about two weeks of production and about one week of shipping. Close your RSVPs and sizes a week before that.
Can we have different shirt colors for each branch of the family?
Yes. The same design can print on several shirt colors in one order. Because the ink stays the same, it usually costs about the same as printing on one shirt color.
Do bigger sizes cost more?
No. Every size is one price per piece, youth through 3XL and up, so the family members in big sizes are not charged extra.
Can you print an old family photo on a reunion shirt?
Yes. Photos print in full color with DTF. Send the best scan you have and the free mockup shows exactly how it will look before you approve anything.
Can you ship shirts to each family member?
No. Every order ships to one US address, so most families send shirts to the organizer and hand them out at check-in.
What if our reunion is smaller than 50 people?
Published prices are read at 50, 100 and 250 pieces, which are price points, not a floor. Send your real headcount and we quote that run.
