Do you accept school and district purchase orders?
Yes. We accept school and district purchase orders. Schools and districts: Net 30 on an approved purchase order. Your office issues the purchase order against an approved, itemized quote, we invoice against it after delivery, and nothing goes into production until the proof is approved in writing. Quotes are guaranteed for 30 days, which leaves time for approval up the chain.
How do we get your W-9?
Ask for it on the quote form. Leave the W-9 box ticked and the W-9 for Web Mavens LLC dba Your Merch Factory is sent with your itemized quote, ready for your vendor file. We do not post the W-9 publicly or link it on this page, so the form is the way to request it.
Can you complete our district's new-vendor forms?
Yes. We can complete your district's standard new-vendor registration forms when you add us as a vendor. Send them along with your quote request, or reply to the quote with them attached, and we return them with the W-9 so your purchasing office has the whole vendor file in one pass.
How does ordering work for a school or district?
Six steps. Request a quote and get an itemized, delivered price with a mockup. Issue a purchase order against the approved quote. Approve the digital proof in writing. Your order is produced as one run so every piece matches. It ships to a single school or district address. We then invoice against the purchase order.

Web Mavens LLC dba Your Merch Factory. Your Merch Factory is a custom branded merchandise supplier based in Austin, TX. We make or source and decorate apparel, drinkware, bags, and event essentials to order for schools, districts, student organizations, teams, and companies. Orders run to 5,000 pieces and more, produced as a single made-to-order run so every piece matches, with standard US shipping to one address included in the quoted price. Minimums range from 20 to 50 pieces, depending on the product.
What we supply
Apparel: t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, polos, long-sleeves, caps, and beanies. Bags and totes: tote bags, drawstring bags, and backpacks. Drinkware: tumblers, water bottles, and mugs.
