Who we are

Your Merch Factory is a custom branded merchandise supplier based in Austin, TX. We make or source and decorate apparel, drinkware, bags, and event essentials to order for schools, districts, student organizations, teams, and companies. Orders run from 50 to 5,000+ pieces, produced as a single made-to-order run so every piece matches, with standard US shipping to one address included in the quoted price.

What we supply

• Apparel — t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, polos, long-sleeves, caps, and beanies
• Bags & totes — tote bags, drawstring bags, and backpacks
• Drinkware — tumblers, water bottles, and mugs
• Desk & event essentials — pens, stickers, and lanyards

How ordering works for schools

We accept school and district purchase orders. The process is straightforward:

   Request a quote

   Send your artwork or logo, the items you want, quantities, and your in-hands date. We reply with a free, itemized, delivered quote and a mockup for approval — typically within 12 hours.

2. 2

   Issue a purchase order

   Your office issues a purchase order against the approved quote. We accept school and district purchase orders.

3. 3

   Approve the proof

   We send a digital proof of your artwork on the products. Nothing goes into production until you approve it in writing.

4. 4

   Production

   Your order is made or sourced and decorated as one run so every piece matches.

5. 5

   Delivery

   We ship to a single school or district address, with standard US shipping included in the quoted price.

6. 6

   Invoice

   We invoice against your purchase order on your standard terms.
