What is a crew apparel program?
It is your apparel spec kept on file so reorders are effortless. We set the blank, colors, logo, and placements once, and every reorder comes out identical: you just send the quantity and sizes. There is no signup or contract; the crew apparel program is simply your uniform spec on file, delivered the same way every time.
How does an employee uniform reorder work?
One: we build and you approve your apparel, the pieces, blanks, decoration, and placements, with a free mockup, exactly like a normal order. Two: we lock that setup to a spec on file, including your logo files and matched colors. Three: when you need more, you email the quantity and size breakdown and we run the identical spec.
Is there a minimum for reorders?
Reorders run on the same single-run production model as the first order, and the same quantity tier pricing applies. Minimums range from 20 to 50 pieces, depending on the product. Tell us your quantity and we confirm what is possible before you commit. The price per piece steps down at 50, 100, and 250 pieces, on first orders and reorders alike.
How fast is a reorder?
A reorder of a spec we already have on file skips the setup, because the design and colors are set, but production and shipping still apply. About 3 weeks from mockup approval to in hand: about 2 weeks of production, then about 1 week of shipping. Tell us if a reorder is tied to a hire date or a season and we build the timeline backward to hit it.
Can we add new products to the program later?
Yes. Add a new piece any time, caps, a quarter-zip, a different shirt, and we mock up and approve just that item, then add it to your on-file spec so it reorders like everything else. If you would rather gather requests from your team first, the same spec can run as a company swag store.
Do you accept company purchase orders?
Yes. Paid in full by Stripe invoice, card or ACH. School, district and company purchase orders accepted. You get a free mockup and an itemized, delivered quote first. Quotes are guaranteed for 30 days, which leaves time for an internal approval before anything is made. Free shipping to one US address per order, and it is one price for every size.

Most apparel headaches happen on the reorder. You nailed the first batch, then six months later a new hire's shirt is a slightly different blank, the logo sits a little off, and the team no longer quite matches. The crew apparel program exists to make that impossible. We treat your first order as a template: the blank, the thread and ink colors, the logo files, and the placements all go on file the moment you approve your mockup. After that, reordering is a message. It is the recurrence layer under our custom work shirts, safety shirts, and crew shirts pages.
Who it fits
Any team that reorders the same apparel more than once: field-service and trades crews adding techs, warehouse and safety teams onboarding through the year, and multi-season community programs that restock each season. If you have ever ordered "the same shirts as last time," this is built for you.
What's fixed, and what you can change
The spec holds everything that should stay consistent, blank, logo, colors, placements, so the shirts always match. What you set per reorder is the quantity and the size breakdown, and you can add a new piece (say, caps or a quarter-zip) any time; we mock up and approve the new item, then add it to your spec. Nothing changes on an approved piece unless you ask it to.
What to send for a fast quote
Your logo: a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) is ideal. The pieces you want in the program: tees, polos, caps, outerwear.
