The crew apparel program: set the spec once, reorder with one email

Lock your crew's shirts — blank, colors, logo, placements — to a spec we keep on file. When you hire or restock, a reorder is one email and the shirts come out identical to the last batch.

Minimum order: 50 units. Volume pricing improves at 100 and 250.Get a quote

We accept school, district, and company purchase orders — W-9 available on request. How ordering works

What is a crew apparel program?

It's a simple way to keep a team's apparel consistent over time. We set your shirt spec once — the exact blank, colors, logo, and placements — and keep it on file. When you need more, you send one email with the quantity and sizes, and the reorder matches your first batch exactly. There's no signup: the program is just your spec on file. Orders run at a 50-unit minimum, delivered.

Quote by the next business morning — usually same day. Prices quoted are guaranteed for 30 days.

Most apparel headaches happen on the reorder. You nailed the first batch, then six months later a new hire's shirt is a slightly different blank, the logo sits a little off, and suddenly the team doesn't quite match. The crew apparel program exists to make that impossible.

We treat your first order as a template. The blank, the thread and ink colors, the logo files, the placements — all of it goes on file the moment you approve your mockup. After that, reordering is a message: tell us how many and what sizes, and we produce the same shirts, delivered. It's the recurrence layer under our work, safety, and crew shirt pages — the answer to 'how do we keep this consistent as we grow.'

How the program works, in three steps

One: we build and you approve your apparel — the pieces, blanks, decoration, and placements — with a free mockup, exactly like a normal order. Two: we lock that setup to a spec on file, including your logo files and matched colors. Three: when you need more, you email the quantity and size breakdown and we run the identical spec, delivered — no re-briefing, no drift.

Who it fits

Any team that reorders the same apparel more than once: field-service and trades crews adding techs, warehouse and safety teams onboarding through the year, and multi-season community programs that restock each season. If you've ever ordered 'the same shirts as last time,' this is built for you.

What's fixed, and what you can change

The spec holds everything that should stay consistent — blank, logo, colors, placements — so the shirts always match. What you set per reorder is the quantity and the size breakdown, and you can add a new piece (say, caps or a jacket) any time; we just mockup and approve the new item, then add it to your spec. Nothing changes on an approved piece unless you ask it to.

What to send for a same-day quote

The more of this you include, the faster we can turn a real number around. Quote by the next business morning — usually same day. Prices quoted are guaranteed for 30 days.

  • Your logo — a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) is ideal.
  • The pieces you want in the program — tees, polos, caps, outerwear.
  • Your first-order quantity and a size breakdown (XS–2XL mixes free).
  • Any names or roles you want stitched per shirt.
  • Roughly how often you expect to reorder, so we plan ahead.

Timing & turnaround

Your first order takes roughly two to four weeks from an approved mockup, plus shipping — the same as any custom run. After that, reorders of an on-file spec move faster because the setup is already done.

Tell us if a reorder is tied to a hire date or a season and we'll build the timeline backward to hit it.

The crew apparel program: set the spec once, reorder with one email — frequently asked questions

It's your apparel spec kept on file so reorders are effortless. We set the blank, colors, logo, and placements once, and every reorder comes out identical — you just send the quantity and sizes. There's no signup or contract; the program is simply your spec on file. Orders run at a 50-unit minimum, delivered.

Yes — our standard 50-unit minimum per item applies to reorders the same as the first order. Most teams hit it easily across shirts and caps. Tell us your quantity and we'll confirm what's possible.

A reorder of a spec we already have on file skips the setup, so it moves faster than a first order — though production plus shipping still applies, roughly two to four weeks depending on quantity and decoration. Give us your date and we'll build a timeline to hit it.

Yes. Add a new piece any time — caps, a jacket, a different shirt — and we'll mockup and approve just that item, then add it to your on-file spec so it reorders like everything else.
