Embroidery or print on a polo?

Embroidery is the standard on a polo, and its cost is already inside the published price. A left-chest logo stitched into the piqué is the look people expect from a work or club polo, and it lasts wash after wash. The $15–$24 figure at 50 pieces covers one logo there. The stitch area and the thread colors move it: a compact mark stitches quickly, a wide or detailed crest takes more stitches.

Screen print is the value pick for a large or many-color mark, usually on the back. A second location is priced on your quote as its own line. Not sure which suits your logo? See screen printing vs embroidery, and the free mockup shows the result before anything is made.

What affects how much custom polos cost?

Quantity

The biggest lever. Setup and shipping spread across the run, so a polo costs $15–$24 at 50 and $11–$17 at 250 or more.

The blank

A cotton piqué polo is the published price. A polyester or poly-cotton blend, a heavier piqué or organic cotton moves it, and the quote shows the difference.

Decoration

One left-chest logo is included. A second location, such as a sleeve or the back, is its own line on the quote.

Fits and sizes

Men's, women's and unisex fits share one run, and every adult size is one price, so the size split never changes the figure.

Delivery

Included. Free shipping to one US address per order, duties paid, with no separate freight line.

How can you lower the cost per polo?

  • Order once. One run of 100 costs less per polo than two runs of 50, because setup and shipping are paid once.
  • Keep one logo on the left chest. It is the classic polo look and the published price; extra locations add a line each.
  • Check the next quantity break. Close to 100 or 250, a few more polos can lower the price per piece enough that the total barely moves.
  • Reorder the same design. Your stitch file and thread colors stay on file, so the next order is a count and a date.

Ordering custom polos for a team

Polos are the workhorse of company uniforms, front-of-house staff and club officers. Teams order them for trade shows (see conference and trade show merch), for crews and staff (custom work shirts), and as the cooler-weather pair to a custom quarter-zip. For colors, fits and the studio, see the custom polo shirts page.

Custom polo pricing FAQ

$15–$24 each at 50 pieces, $13–$20 at 100 and $11–$17 at 250 or more. That is a delivered price with your logo embroidered on the left chest and shipping to one US address included. The price per polo falls as the order grows, and your free quote gives the exact figure.

About $750–$1,200 for 50 polos, or $15–$24 each, embroidered and delivered. Fifty is the minimum and the first published tier. Ordering 100 brings the price to $13–$20 each, so if your headcount is close, a few spares can cost little more overall.

500 polos sit in the 250 and over band, $11–$17 each, roughly $5,500–$8,500 for the run, usually toward the lower end. Past 250 the price curve flattens, so the fabric, the decoration and the size mix decide where in the range your quote lands.

Neither is simply cheaper. Embroidery is the standard on a polo: a left-chest logo stitched into the piqué looks right and lasts. Screen print is the better value for a large or many-color mark on the back. Your quote prices the method that suits your logo, and the mockup shows it.

No separate setup line. Your quote is itemized with the embroidery included in the price per polo, so a standard left-chest logo costs exactly what the quote says. A second location, such as a sleeve or the back, is shown as its own line before you approve anything.

50 polos per order. The published price starts at 50, steps down at 100 and again at 250 or more. The 50 can mix sizes, fits and polo colors in one run: send the split with your request and the quote confirms it.

Yes. Men's, women's and unisex fits can share one run at the same price per polo, and so can every adult size. One price for every size, 3XL and up included, so the size mix never changes your quote.

Yes. Every price on this page is delivered: free shipping to one us address per order, with import duties paid. There is no freight line added at the end. The whole order arrives together, so plan to hand polos out from an office, a school or the event.
