Minimum order
Minimum order quantities for custom merch
What our minimum is, why it's set where it is, and your options if you need fewer — the straight answer for anyone sizing up a bulk order.
Quick answer
Our published minimum order is 50 units per product — the point where one-time setup spreads sensibly across the run and volume pricing kicks in. Fifty applies across apparel, bags, drinkware, and accessories; a few small items go lower. Need fewer? Ask about small-batch options, or use print-on-demand. Every order is quoted free.
Minimum order quantity by product
The published minimum is the same across categories — 50 units per product. Mixing sizes and colors of the same product counts toward its total.
| Product | Minimum order |
|---|---|
| T-shirts | 50 units |

| Polos | 50 units |
| Quarter-zips | 50 units |

Why volume pricing starts at 50
Decorating custom merch carries one-time setup that doesn't change with quantity — burning a screen for screen printing, digitizing a logo for embroidery, or building a print file. Spread that setup across 50 pieces and it barely registers per unit; spread it across five and it dominates the price of each one. Fifty is the point where the per-piece price becomes fair and the run is worth setting up — which is also why the price drops further at 100 and 250 units.
Under 50 units?
Fifty is our standard, not an absolute wall. For some products we can run a smaller batch at small-batch pricing — just ask and we'll tell you what's possible. But if you genuinely need one-offs or on-demand singles, a bulk run isn't the right tool: print-on-demand prints one item at a time with no minimum, at a higher price per piece. For 50 or more, bulk wins on both per-piece price and finish.
Minimum order FAQ
Our published minimum is 50 units per product. That's the point where the one-time decoration setup — screen, digitizing, or print file — spreads sensibly across the run, so the per-piece price stays sensible. Decorating custom merch has one-time setup costs that don't change with quantity — burning a screen, digitizing a logo for embroidery, or building a print file. At 50 units that setup spreads across enough pieces to keep the per-unit price fair. Below that, setup dominates the price of each piece, which is why volume pricing starts at 50.
Sometimes. Fifty is our standard, but for some items we can run a smaller batch at small-batch pricing — ask and we'll tell you what's possible for your product. If you truly need one-offs or on-demand singles, print-on-demand is the better fit than a bulk run.
Per product. The minimum is tied to setting up and decorating one item, so each distinct product in your order — a tee, a hoodie, a tote — is quoted against its own minimum. Mixing sizes or colors of the same product counts toward that product's total. Tell us the mix and we'll confirm it in your quote.
