Minimum order quantities for custom merch

Our published minimum is 50 units per product. That's the point where the one-time decoration setup — screen, digitizing, or print file — spreads sensibly across the run, so the per-piece price stays sensible. Some small items like stickers and pens can go lower; we confirm the exact minimum for your item in a free quote.

Decorating custom merch has one-time setup costs that don't change with quantity — burning a screen, digitizing a logo for embroidery, or building a print file. At 50 units that setup spreads across enough pieces to keep the per-unit price fair. Below that, setup dominates the price of each piece, which is why volume pricing starts at 50.

Sometimes. Fifty is our standard, but for some items we can run a smaller batch at small-batch pricing — ask and we'll tell you what's possible for your product. If you truly need one-offs or on-demand singles, print-on-demand is the better fit than a bulk run.

Per product. The minimum is tied to setting up and decorating one item, so each distinct product in your order — a tee, a hoodie, a tote — is quoted against its own minimum. Mixing sizes or colors of the same product counts toward that product's total. Tell us the mix and we'll confirm it in your quote.
