Every piece of every order is inspected before it ships. If we still get it wrong, a misprint, a defect, or merch that doesn't match your approved mockup, we reprint the affected pieces free. Yes, we accept purchase orders, which is how a lot of schools, districts, and companies with a purchasing office pay. Send us the quote you want to order and your office issues the PO against it. We offer Net 30 terms for schools and districts. Companies can pay by card or check, and we handle corporate POs case by case, just ask. Here's how buying with a purchase order works.
