What we do
We handle custom merch from first idea to finished delivery. It starts with design support , upload a logo or get our help shaping one, then we source premium blanks from a wide range of 18 products and decorate them with the right method for the job: screen printing, embroidery, DTF, or UV printing.
Orders from 50 to 5,000+ pieces all run the same way: everything is made to order and decorated at our production partners in India. When it's ready, the whole order is air-shipped with duties paid to one US address: about two weeks of production plus about a week in transit. Orders from 50 to 5,000+ pieces: Your Merch Factory, based in Austin, TX, produces custom branded merch across that range for teams, schools, and companies. Larger rollouts into the thousands run as one made-to-order job so the per-piece price stays low. Need a different quantity? Smaller branded runs are quoted at small-batch rates.
Most custom merch pricing is published from 50 units: that keeps per-piece pricing sensible while the decoration is set up, and the price drops the more you order. Need a different quantity? Tell us your quantity in a quote request and we'll tell you exactly what's possible; smaller runs can work, they're just priced as one option among several. Every piece of every order is inspected before it ships. If we still get it wrong, a misprint, a defect, or merch that doesn't match your approved mockup, we reprint the affected pieces free. Report it within a week of delivery (5 business days), with photos of the issue. We usually need the defective pieces sent back to our Austin address (13492 N US-183, #120-191, Austin, TX 78750) before we reprint. After that first week we look at each case individually, but a free reprint isn't guaranteed.
Yes, we accept purchase orders, which is how a lot of schools, districts, and companies with a purchasing office pay. Send us the quote you want to order and your office issues the PO against it. Schools and districts get Net 30 on an approved purchase order. Everyone else pays in full by Stripe invoice (card or ACH) when the quote is approved, and we handle corporate POs case by case, just ask. Here's how buying with a purchase order works.

You get an instant mockup in the Design Studio, and a full itemized quote by the next business morning. Production typically runs about 2 weeks from approved mockup, plus 1 week of shipping, depending on the products and quantities. Working to an event date? Tell us up front and we'll build a timeline that hits it.
Yes: two ways. Use our online Design Studio to lay out your logo yourself in real time, or just send us your logo and we'll create a free mockup for you. Either way, you approve exactly how it looks before anything is produced.
No. Every order is made to order in India and air-shipped with duties paid to one US address, such as your office, a school, or a venue, and you distribute from there. Need gear in two places? Place a separate order for each address.
Apparel runs a full XS–2XL range, in unisex, men's, and women's cuts where it matters, and you can mix sizes across one run at no extra cost so nobody sizes out. To get the breakdown right, collect real sizes from your group rather than guessing: our size guide has fit and lay-flat measurement charts for tees, hoodies, and polos to measure against.
Yes. We keep your artwork, specs, and product details on file, so reorders are quick and consistent: the same colors, the same quality, every time. Just let us know what you need and we'll handle the rest. Teams that reorder often set up a reorder-ready company swag program: the spec stays on file, so each new bulk run skips the re-quote and ships to your one address.
