A person on our team lays your logo out on the actual product and sends a mockup with your quote. There is no artwork or proof fee, and nothing is made until you approve the mockup and the price.

Each piece of every order is inspected before it ships, so a problem is caught before the box leaves us rather than at your event.

Shipping and duties to one US address included. One price per piece across every adult size, 3XL+ included. Youth sizes are priced on your quote. Prices quoted are guaranteed for 30 days.

Schools and districts: Net 30 on an approved purchase order. A W-9 is available on request, and companies pay by Stripe invoice.

How does quantity affect the price for custom merch?
Published per-unit pricing starts at 50 units per item and steps down again at 100 and 250, so the price per piece drops as the quantity climbs. Those published quantity tiers are the quantities the bands are read at, not a quantity you have to reach. Tell us what you need in your quote request and we price that run.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Schools, districts and companies with a purchasing office order this way every week: we send the quote, your office issues a PO against it, and production starts. Net 30 terms are available for schools and districts, and a W-9 is available on request. Companies pay by Stripe invoice, by card or ACH.
How fast will I get my quote?
Quote by the next business morning. Send the product, the quantity and your artwork or logo, and you get an itemized, delivered price plus a free mockup. Prices quoted are guaranteed for 30 days. Working backwards from an event date? The deadline calculator shows the last safe order date.
Do I see a proof before you print?
Always. The mockup comes free with your quote, so you see your logo on the actual product before you commit: there is no artwork or mockup fee. You can also lay the design out yourself in the design studio first. Once you approve the quote and pay the invoice, we send a production proof, and nothing is printed until you sign it off. Every piece is inspected before it ships, and if it doesn't match the proof you approved we reprint the affected pieces free.

Every order is quoted, because the price moves with product, quantity, decoration method and the number of print locations. Quotes are delivered prices: US shipping to one address is included, so nothing lands later.
