Embroidery at volume
Every beanie in the run carries the same stitched logo on the front cuff. Stitch area and thread colors move the price more than anything else: a compact mark or short wordmark stitches quickly and reads clearly, while a wide crest takes more stitches and loses detail at cuff size. One bold mark in one or two thread colors is the best value and the cleanest look.
