How much do company beanies cost?
$7 to $12 each at 50, $6 to $10 each at 100 and $5 to $8 each at 250 or more, embroidered with your logo and delivered to one US address with shipping included. Every beanie is the same price because there are no sizes. Your free quote is itemized and exact for your logo and headcount.
What is the minimum order for company beanies?
50 beanies per order. A team of 40 usually orders 50 and keeps the rest for new hires and visitors. You can split the order across more than one beanie color, and the price per beanie drops at 100 and again at 250, so a company-wide order costs less each.
Can we put a small logo and a wordmark on a beanie?
Yes, as long as both fit the front cuff and stay readable when stitched. A compact mark beside a short wordmark works well; a long tagline does not. Send your logo files and we lay them out at cuff size, and the free mockup shows exactly how the stitching reads before anything is made.
How do we know the beanie will fit everyone?
A beanie is one size fits most, and the soft ribbed knit stretches to fit adult heads. There is no size sheet to send around the office and no size left over at the end. That is why a beanie is the simplest thing to order for a whole company at once.
Can we pay for company beanies by invoice or PO?
Paid in full by Stripe invoice, card or ACH. School, district and company purchase orders accepted. The invoice is paid in full at quote approval; Net 30 purchase order terms are for schools and districts. Quotes are guaranteed for 30 days, which leaves time for finance to sign off before the order is placed.
Can we reorder the same beanie next winter?
Yes. Your logo file, thread colors, beanie color and placement stay on file after the first order, so next winter's reorder is a count and a date, not a new setup. The beanies a new hire gets match the ones the rest of the company already wears around town.
