School spirit wear questions
What is the minimum order for school spirit shirts?
Minimums range from 20 to 50 pieces, depending on the product. A student section, a full team plus boosters, or a spirit-week run usually clears that easily, and the price per piece drops at 50, 100, and 250 pieces. Your free quote confirms the minimum and the exact price for your products and quantities.
How much does school spirit wear cost?
Tees run $8 to $12 each at 50 pieces and $7 to $10 each at 100. Hoodies run $24 to $32 each at 50 and $22 to $28 each at 100. That is a typical delivered price per piece with shipping included, and it is one price for every size. Your free quote is exact for your products, quantity, and decoration.
Can schools pay with a purchase order?
Yes. School and district purchase orders are accepted, and we provide a W-9 and a vendor packet for the purchasing office, so a booster club, PTO, or front office can order through official channels. Schools and districts: Net 30 on an approved purchase order. A booster treasurer can instead pay the Stripe invoice by card or ACH when the quote is approved.
How long does a spirit wear order take?
About 3 weeks from mockup approval to in hand: about 2 weeks of production, then about 1 week of shipping. Add about a week ahead of that for the quote and mockup approval. For spirit week, homecoming, or a theme-night game, lock the design once the date is on the calendar. Tell us your date up front and the quote confirms whether it works.
Can each grade or team get its own color?
Yes. Each grade can get its own color for the hallway competition and the pep-rally standings, with the same design on every shirt so the school still looks unified in the stands. Teams and clubs can do the same. Sizes are mixed in one run at one price for every size.
Do you make high school spirit wear?
Yes, high school spirit wear is the bulk of what we do: Friday-night football blackouts, senior-night send-off shirts, homecoming-week class colors, pep-rally tees for the whole student section, and member hoodies for clubs, band, cheer, theatre, and travel teams. We keep the blanks current and the prints clean, so it reads like a brand drop, not a uniform handout.
Can we use our school's logo or mascot?
Yes. Send your school's logo or mascot, your school colors, a line from the fight song, your student-section name, or even a rough theme-night idea. We turn it into a clean mockup for you to review, and nothing is produced until you approve it. You can also upload finished artwork.
More about school spirit wear
What is custom school spirit wear?
Custom school spirit wear is branded shirts, hoodies, polos, and more made for a school's clubs, teams, and events: from homecoming and Friday-night blackouts to senior-night send-offs. Clubs, teams, and sponsors get real design support and a free mockup before anything is produced, so students actually want to wear it.
How to choose a school spirit wear vendor
Whether it is a pep rally run or graduation keepsakes, weigh five things before you pick a spirit wear vendor. Delivered pricing: tees $8 to $12 each at 50 and hoodies $24 to $32 each at 50, shipping included. Quantity tiers: prices published at 50, 100, and 250 pieces, dropping at each tier. A free mockup first, so you see the design before you commit. A date you can trust, planned back from your game. Real design help with the mascot, colors, and fight-song line. See the custom merch cost guide or our comparison of the best school spirit wear vendors.
Custom spirit wear for schools
Custom spirit wear for schools is priced in quantity tiers, shipping included, and the price per piece drops as the order grows. Send your mascot, colors, or a rough idea; approve a free mockup and an itemized quote; then the run is produced and shipped to the school. We also print Class of 2027 and Class of 2028 shirts, plus shirts for debate teams and student organizations.
Wholesale apparel for schools and team spirit wear
Need spirit wear at wholesale volume? We supply bulk, wholesale-priced apparel for schools, districts, and team programs, from a club run to district-wide orders, with the price per piece falling at every quantity tier: tees run $7 to $10 each at 100 and $5 to $8 each at 250 or more; hoodies run $22 to $28 each at 100 and $19 to $25 each at 250 or more. Shipping is included in that price. Tell us the quantity and we quote the volume rate and a turnaround planned around your season or playoff-bracket date.
Spirit wear for every grade level
High schools order a Friday-night blackout or whiteout for the whole student section, class colors for the homecoming-week hallway competition, a dated senior-night shirt, playoff tees, and member hoodies for cheer, band, theatre, and travel teams. Officers and captains usually step up to polos or quarter-zips. Elementary orders almost always run through the PTA or PTO: a school-wide spirit-day tee, field-day class colors so each grade is its own block on the lawn, a fun-run or read-a-thon fundraiser shirt, and a matching staff set for picture day, in bright, simple designs on soft, wash-durable blanks. See field day shirt ideas and PTA shirt ideas.
Planning spirit wear around the school year
Spirit wear follows the sports calendar. Back-to-school spirit day in August: a tee in the main school color. Homecoming week: class-color tees plus a game-day tee. Friday-night theme games: blackout, whiteout, or pink-out tees, with long sleeves for late fall. Basketball season: hoodies, crewnecks and school beanies for a cold gym. Playoffs: a dated sectionals, regionals, or state tee, with the design approved before the bracket confirms. Senior night and graduation: a keepsake hoodie or tee. Teacher Appreciation Week in May: teacher appreciation tote bags. Put your own date into the merch deadline calculator, or see the 2026-27 Texas school merch deadlines.
