The 2026–27 planning windows
Back-to-school spirit wear
August 2026First-week spirit shirts, staff polos, and club interest-meeting tees. Because spirit-wear demand spikes across every campus at once in late summer, ordering earlier protects your date.
Homecoming season
September–October 2026Homecoming tees, mum shirts, and court apparel. Lock artwork early — the fall production window is the busiest of the year, so a few extra weeks of lead time is the cheapest insurance you have.
Winter spirit weeks & hoodie drops
November–FebruaryCold-weather hoodies and crewnecks for winter spirit weeks, tournaments, and holiday gifts. Build in extra time around the December break, when shipping and staff availability both tighten.
Spring senior & graduation merch
March–May 2027Class-of shirts, grad-night hoodies, and full-roster keepsakes. Grade-wide orders need extra time for size collection and a final name list, so spring keepsakes are best placed in March or early April.

Aim for four to six weeks before the homecoming game. Fall is the busiest production window of the year because every campus is ordering at once, so locking your artwork and placing the order early is the surest way to have shirts in hand for the game.
Plan five to six weeks ahead for spring keepsakes. Grade-wide senior orders need extra time for size collection and a final roster, so most classes place graduation and senior-shirt orders in March or early April to stay clear of the end-of-year rush.
