Can the PTA pay by card and the school pay by PO?
Yes, either way. Schools and districts: Net 30 on an approved purchase order. A PTA or PTO usually pays the invoice in full by card or ACH at approval. Tell us who is paying when you request the quote, and a W-9 is available on request for the school's purchasing office.
Can we add a short message with the school logo?
Yes. A short line such as a thank-you or the school year fits on the front panel with your logo, in the same ink colors. Keep it to a few words so it reads from across a room. The free mockup shows the full layout before anything is printed.
