How much do custom work beanies cost?
$7 to $12 each at 50, $6 to $10 each at 100 and $5 to $8 each at 250 or more, embroidered with your company logo and delivered to one US address with shipping included. Every beanie is the same price because there are no sizes. Your free quote is itemized and exact for your logo and crew size.
What is the minimum order for work beanies?
50 beanies per order. A crew of 30 usually orders 50 and keeps the rest for new hires through the season. The order can be split across beanie colors, one per department if you like, and the price per beanie drops at 100 and again at 250 or more.
Can you match the logo on our polos and work shirts?
Yes. Send the same logo file you use on your polos and tees, and we stitch it in the same thread colors. If we made your shirts, the file and colors are already on file. The free mockup shows the beanie beside your spec before anything is made, so the crew matches.
What colors do work beanies come in?
10 standard knit colors, from black, charcoal and navy to forest green and rust. Darker colors hide jobsite dirt best. Every color is the same price, and the order can be split across colors. The free mockup shows your logo on each color you choose before production starts.
Can you put names on work beanies?
Per-piece names are embroidery, so each one is stitched to order and priced on your quote. Most crews skip names on beanies and keep them on the polo or shirt instead. If you want them, send the name list with your request and every spelling shows on the mockup first.
How long do work beanies take?
About 3 weeks from mockup approval to in hand: about 2 weeks of production, then about 1 week of shipping. The free mockup and quote come back by the next business morning. If the first cold week is close, put the date in your request and the quote confirms whether we can meet it.
