How much do custom volunteer t-shirts cost?
$8 to $12 each at 50, $7 to $10 each at 100 and $5 to $8 each at 250 or more, printed and delivered with shipping to one US address included. It is one price for every adult size. Your free quote is itemized and exact for your artwork and volunteer count.
What is the minimum order for volunteer shirts?
50 shirts per order. Sizes are mixed in that one order, and volunteers in different roles can share it with a different word on the back. The price per shirt drops at 100 and again at 250 or more, so a large event costs less per volunteer.
Do mixed sizes cost the same?
Yes. One price per piece across every adult size, 3XL+ included. Youth sizes are priced on your quote. Men's, women's and unisex fits can share the run too. Send the size breakdown with your request. If you only know the headcount, the group size calculator suggests a split.
Can sponsor logos go on the back of volunteer shirts?
Yes. A sponsor grid usually sits under the big VOLUNTEER print on the back, in one ink color so it stays affordable. Sponsor logos add to the print, and your quote shows it as its own line. Send the sponsor files with your request and the free mockup shows the full layout.
Can the shirts ship to the event venue?
Yes. One US address per order; place a separate order for each address. Ship to the venue, your office or the volunteer coordinator, with the event name on the label. The whole order arrives together, so shirts can be handed out at volunteer check-in.
How long do volunteer t-shirts take?
