Our make-it-right guarantee
Handing us a logo for a whole team's worth of merch is a leap of faith. Here's the floor under it — in plain terms, before you ever pay.
Every piece of every order is inspected before it ships. If we still get it wrong — a misprint, a defect, or merch that doesn't match your approved mockup — we reprint the affected pieces free. Report it within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
What's covered
- A misprint — the artwork, colors, or placement didn't come out as approved.
- A defect — the garment or item arrived flawed from decoration or handling.
- A mockup mismatch — what you received doesn't match the mockup you signed off on.
What's not
- Sizes or colors you selected and approved that you'd now like to change.
- Damage that happens after delivery.
- Artwork changes after your order has already been produced — once it's made to your approved mockup, a revised design is a new order, not a reprint.

Our pre-ship inspection
Before an order is boxed, we check the pieces against the mockup you approved — the print or stitch, the colors, the placement, and the product itself. Anything that doesn't match the sign-off is pulled and redone before it goes out, not after it reaches you. It's the same standard behind why we send a free mockup first and make nothing until you approve it: fewer surprises on your end because we catch them on ours.
How to report a problem
Reach out within 7 days of delivery — email [email protected] or call (737) 253-8727 — and tell us what's wrong. Include photos of the affected pieces so we can see the issue. We'll confirm the reprint and get the corrected pieces back to you.
