The order-by formula
Order-by date = event date − production time − shipping time − a safety buffer. For custom merch that generally means ordering a few weeks ahead of your drop date. Production runs roughly [PLACEHOLDER production days] and shipping about [PLACEHOLDER shipping days], so build in both plus a buffer for artwork approval and size collection. Nothing is made until you approve a mockup, so start early.
