How much do Model UN shirts cost?
Delegation tees run $8 to $12 each at 50 pieces and $7 to $10 each at 100. Hoodies run $24 to $32 each at 50, and polos and quarter-zips are priced the same way on your quote. That is a typical delivered price per piece with shipping included, and it drops as your delegation orders more. Your free quote is itemized and exact.
What do delegations wear on conference days?
Committee sessions are usually business dress, so most delegations order two pieces. A delegation tee covers travel days, team building and the closing ceremony. A polo with the club name embroidered on the chest covers the days when a tee is too casual. Both carry the same wordmark, so the group reads as one delegation in every photo.
Can we add roles on the back?
Yes. A word on the back such as DELEGATE, HEAD DELEGATE or SECRETARIAT is a simple way to show who does what, and it prints in the same run as the main design. Send the list of roles and how many of each with your request. Every version is shown on the free mockup before anything is printed.
Can we pay with a school purchase order?
Yes. Paid in full by Stripe invoice, card or ACH. School, district and company purchase orders accepted. Schools and districts: Net 30 on an approved purchase order. Paying from a student council or school activity fund works the same way: you get an itemized quote to hand to the bookkeeper, and nothing is made until the mockup and the price are approved.
What is the minimum order for Model UN shirts?
The minimum is 50 pieces per order. A travel delegation plus the rest of the club and advisors usually clears it. Sizes are mixed in one run. One price per piece across every adult size, 3XL+ included. Youth sizes are priced on your quote. The price per piece drops at 100 and again at 250, and your free quote confirms the exact price for your count.
How early should we order before a conference?
About 3 weeks from mockup approval to in hand: about 2 weeks of production, then about 1 week of shipping. Free mockup and itemized quote by the next business morning (CT), so the timeline starts when you approve it. Delegation lists are often set only weeks out, so settle the design early and send final sizes last.

Delegation shirts for travel and team days
A delegation shirt does its work outside committee: on the bus, at the hotel, at the delegate social and in the group photo on the steps. Keep it simple. The club or school name large on the front, one color, and room on the back for a role or the list of conferences the club attends that year.
Conference-day polos
For the days when a tee is too casual, a polo with the club name embroidered on the left chest sits well under a blazer and still marks the delegation as a team. Advisors often order the same polo in white or a second color. A quarter-zip in the same wordmark covers cold conference halls.
One design for the whole club
Clubs that host their own conference often add a Secretariat or staff version. The front stays the same and only the word on the back changes, so every version runs together and shares one setup. New members who join mid-year can be added on the next order from the same file.

What to leave off the shirt
Use your own club name and artwork. Emblems and names that belong to a conference or another organization need that organization's permission, so they stay off unless you have it in writing. Send what you are cleared to use and the mockup is built around it.
