How much do chess club shirts cost?
Chess club tees run $8 to $12 each at 50 pieces and $7 to $10 each at 100. Hoodies run $24 to $32 each at 50, and polos and quarter-zips are priced the same way on your quote. That is a typical delivered price per piece with shipping included, and it drops as your club orders more. Your free quote is itemized and exact.
What should we put on a chess team shirt?
Keep the front simple: the club or school name, large enough to read across a tournament hall. The back is where teams add a board number, a roster, or the season's tournament list. A chess piece drawn for your club works better than clip art. Send a sketch or a description and the free mockup shows it on the shirt.
Can we put board numbers or names on the back?
Yes. A board number or a player name on the back prints in the same run as the main design. Send the list with your request and check every name on the free mockup. Lineups change during a season, so many clubs print the roster on the back instead and leave board numbers off.
Can we pay with a school purchase order?
Yes. Paid in full by Stripe invoice, card or ACH. School, district and company purchase orders accepted. Schools and districts: Net 30 on an approved purchase order. Paying from a student council or school activity fund works the same way: you get an itemized quote to hand to the bookkeeper, and nothing is made until the mockup and the price are approved.
What is the minimum order for chess club shirts?
The minimum is 50 pieces per order. Players, coaches and a few for parents and new members usually clears it. Sizes are mixed in one run. One price per piece across every adult size, 3XL+ included. Youth sizes are priced on your quote. The price per piece drops at 100 and again at 250, and your free quote confirms the exact price for your count.
How early should we order before a tournament?
About 3 weeks from mockup approval to in hand: about 2 weeks of production, then about 1 week of shipping. Free mockup and itemized quote by the next business morning (CT), so the timeline starts when you approve it. New players join through the fall, so order a few extra in the middle sizes.
