How do practices order branded uniforms?
Send us your logo and a staff list with sizes, and we embroider it onto scrubs for clinical staff, polos for reception, and jackets for anyone moving between sites. Names and credentials are stitched per person. We keep your blank, thread colours, and layout on file so the next order matches this one exactly.
Quote by the next business morning, usually same day. Prices quoted are guaranteed for 30 days.
A clinic uniform is judged differently from merch. Nobody is going to admire it, but everybody registers it: a patient walking into a practice where reception, clinical staff, and the person who takes them through reads visibly as one organization relaxes slightly, and a practice where everyone is wearing something almost-matching does not get that.
The three garments that do the work are scrubs for clinical staff, polos for reception and administration, and a jacket or fleece for anyone who moves between buildings or works in a cold room. Ordering them together matters more than it sounds: one logo digitization, one set of thread colours, one delivery, and a genuine visual match across roles.
Everything is embroidered rather than printed, because medical laundering destroys applied graphics, and everything is kept on file so the reorder in eighteen months is a confirmation rather than a fresh project.

Delivered per-unit pricing for the three garments most practices order together, from the same module the product pages read.

What a practice usually orders
Clinical staff wear scrubs, and this is the largest part of most orders. A compact embroidered practice logo on the left chest with the person's name and credentials opposite is the standard layout, and it is the one patients read.
Reception and administrative staff usually wear a polo rather than scrubs, because the role is not clinical and the garment should not imply that it is. The same logo, the same thread colours, and the same placement keep the two groups visibly part of one practice.
A jacket or fleece layer covers anyone moving between buildings, doing home visits, or working somewhere cold, and it is the piece most often forgotten until winter. Adding it to the same order costs nothing extra in setup and saves a second digitization later.
Names and credentials, done properly
Credentials are the detail that gets a uniform order wrong, and they matter professionally in a way a misspelled first name does not. Abbreviations vary by discipline and by personal preference, punctuation is inconsistent between people who hold the same qualification, and nobody wants to be the person who has to wear the wrong one for two years.
Collect them written exactly as each person writes them, in their own words, rather than normalizing them into a house style. Then check the mockup: we lay out every name and credential line before production specifically so that check is possible, and it is the single most useful five minutes anyone spends on a uniform order.
Per-person embroidery is a per-garment charge because each is a separate stitch-out, but it does not split the order. Fifty garments with fifty different name lines run as one job on one quote.
Multi-site practices and reorders
For a practice with more than one location, the thing that actually matters is that site two matches site one, and that is a records problem rather than a production one. Two orders placed a year apart against a verbal spec will differ in blank, thread shade, and placement, and the difference is obvious when staff from both sites stand together.
We keep the exact blank, the thread colours, the logo digitization, the placement, and the staff size list on file against your account. A reorder becomes a confirmation of a known spec rather than a rebuild, which is both faster and the only reliable way to keep multiple sites consistent.
Practices that buy through a purchasing office can order on a purchase order, and we accept them the same way schools and districts do.

Medical and dental apparel, frequently asked questions
Yes, and embroidery is what we recommend for any medical uniform. Stitched thread survives the hot, frequent laundering that lifts heat-transfer vinyl and cracks printed graphics. We digitize your logo once and keep it on file so every future order matches this one.
Yes. Names and credentials are embroidered per garment, so a fifty-piece order can carry fifty different lines as a single job. Send them exactly as each person writes them and check them in the mockup before production: credentials are easy to get subtly wrong and expensive to get wrong permanently.
Fifty pieces across the order, which most practices reach comfortably once staff are ordering two or three garments each across scrubs, polos, and a jacket. Pricing is per garment type, so tell us the split and we will confirm what works.
Yes. Practices that buy through a purchasing office can order on an approved purchase order, and we provide a W-9 on request. Payment terms depend on the organization type, so tell us how your practice buys and we will quote accordingly.
Yes, provided we placed the first one. We keep the blank, thread colours, logo digitization, placement, and staff size list on file, so a reorder confirms a known spec rather than rebuilding it. That is also how we keep multiple sites of the same practice looking identical.
