What a practice usually orders
The polo is the backbone of most practice orders and usually the largest line on the quote. A compact embroidered practice logo on the left chest with the person's name and credentials opposite is the standard layout, and it is the one patients read.
A quarter-zip in the same thread colors covers the staff who want a layer over the polo without looking like they have thrown on something of their own. Keeping the logo, the thread and the placement identical across the two is what makes a mixed room still read as one practice.
Names and credentials, done properly
Credentials are the detail that gets a uniform order wrong, and they matter professionally in a way a misspelled first name does not. Abbreviations vary by discipline and by personal preference, punctuation is inconsistent between people who hold the same qualification, and nobody wants to be the person who has to wear the wrong one for two years.
Collect them written exactly as each person writes them, in their own words, rather than normalizing them into a house style. Then check the mockup: we lay out every name and credential line before production specifically so that check is possible, and it is the single most useful five minutes anyone spends on a uniform order.
Per-person embroidery is a per-garment charge because each is a separate stitch-out, but it does not split the order. Fifty garments with fifty different name lines run as one job on one quote.
