What is the minimum order for fundraiser tote bags?
20 bags per order. The published price bands start at 50, so 20 to 49 bags is priced on your quote at a little more per bag. For a sale, most groups order 100 or 250, where the cost per bag is lowest and the margin is widest.
How much can we raise per tote bag?
Your sale price minus your cost per bag. At 250 bags the cost is $3 to $6 per bag, so every dollar you charge above that is margin. Enter your sale price in the calculator on this page to see the margin per bag and the total for your run.
Can sponsor logos go on the fundraiser totes?
Yes. Sponsor logos usually go on the back, which is a second print location priced on your quote as its own line. Many groups sell the sponsor spot to cover the cost of the whole run. The free mockup shows both sides before anything is printed.
How long do fundraiser tote bags take?
About 3 weeks from mockup approval to in hand: about 2 weeks of production, then about 1 week of shipping. The free mockup and quote come back by the next business morning. For a walk, gala or pre-sale deadline, put the date in your request and the quote confirms whether we can meet it.
Do you provide a W-9 and an invoice?
Yes. A W-9 is available on request, and every order is invoiced. Paid in full by Stripe invoice, card or ACH. School, district and company purchase orders accepted. Net 30 purchase order terms are for schools and districts. Quotes are guaranteed for 30 days, so your board has time to approve.
